The food changes with the country

Eid is one festival and a hundred menus — biryani in Lahore, harira and pastries in Morocco, fatta in Cairo, ketupat and rendang in Indonesia. The archive treats each of those kitchens separately, which is why a gift from the right country reads as personal rather than generic.
